Toot rhymes with put;
sie rhymes with see;
Poos rhymes with puss (as in pussycat);
le rhymes with most every other le at the end of most any other word.
“You look like a tootsie poosle!” my dad would say whenever I was dressed up fancy.
From the time I could walk, he’d draw pictures for me to color, trace or emulate.
I’ve been cartooning since I was two for crying out loud.

I’ve worked as an engrosser and illuminator since 1974, having created works of art for Presidents Ford, Reagan and Carter, Princess Diana, The Shah of Iran and many others.
